3 Dibleys offers spacious and extended accommodation with an impressive sitting room, a large kitchen breakfast room and a ground floor cloakroom. On the first floor are three bedrooms and a bathroom.

To the rear of the house there is a private south facing patio garden which opens into the extensive shared grounds of Dibleys. Garage in separate block.

Dibleys Heritage Ltd is a non profit residential management company. A monthly charge of ยฃ504.59 plus a further ยฃ15 per month for the garage covers all external maintenance of the property, all heating costs and maintenance of the grounds. The properties originally built in 1969 are systematically updated by Dibleys Heritage for the peace of mind of the residents.
