(inglenook fireplace with log burner installed) and a second reception room. Two large double bedrooms upstairs and a bathroom with shower over bath, parking for 2 cars and a private rear courtyard. Available from mid October.

Ascott-Under-Wychwood is a picturesque village in a the heart of the Windrush Valley and in close proximity to the local towns of Chipping Norton and Charlbury. It boasts its own train station with direct links to Oxford and London Paddington(80 mins). With a strong community feel, the village has its own shop, church, school, pub and village hall. The house is available immediately and all interested parties will be required to provide the following:- 1) Previous landlord and employers references. 2) Credit reference check. 3) Photographic identification (passport/drivers licence) and proof of current address (utility bill/bank statement). 4) One month's rent to be held as a damage deposit for the term of the lease. 5) One month's rent to be paid to the landlord in advance. 6) An administration fee of ?100 payable to Maxwell Douglas which is refundable in the event the application is unsuccessful.
