"This incredibly well presented two bedroom property will be available to rent shortly at ?1100pcm. Daimler Avenue is found at the top of the well respected Hill View estate, within walking distance of Hill View Primary School, shops at Hill View Crescent and a large family park.

The property has been through an extensive pre-let process; it has been painted throughout, had new carpets fitted, a new bath and is beautifully presented - everything is as clean as a whistle with the garden very well tended and our landlords are looking for tenants who are sure to keep the property as is - high standards required!

There is a driveway to the side of the property offering parking for two or maybe even three vehicles, an entrance hall with hooks for coats, which then leads through to the light and bright living space, with windows to the front of the property.

This then leads into the kitchen which has a good range of units and room for a family dining table, and then on to a conservatory to the overlooking the pretty rear garden.
