"If you are looking for a spacious family home which is 'the finished article', and in the George Spencer catchment area, then look no further. This a property has been impressively extended and modernised and is worth a look purely for the mezzanine dining room and HUGE open plan living room alone!

At one stage, this was a typical 2 bed semi, however over the years it has been transformed with an extension to both the side and rear, which has created a large kitchen/dining area at the rear, and allowed the lounge to be opened up to create a huge living space. It has also allowed the creation of a remarkable and unusual mezzanine dining area - a fantastic space for entertaining and family meals.

In addition, the garage has been converted to create a third bedroom, a double room. Recent work includes a new, custom-designed kitchen and a new bathroom - and the house has also been redecorated recently including new carpets.

So in other words, you can move in and relax, knowing there is no work needed!

But that's the house, now a quick word on the garden - what you'll get is an attractive, enclosed garden with a small patio and lawn bordered with well-kept flowerbeds and timber fencing. At the front, there's a paved driveway with offroad parking for one car, and a small front garden.

You'll be living in a quiet cul-de-sac, and able to walk out onto toton fields nature reserve and down to the erewash river without even crossing a road. You'll be in the George Spencer catchment area, as well as Bipsham Drive Junior School, and Banks Road Infant School.

So don't delay - the next time you look again this property may be gone!
