"Carrington: This well presented 2 bedroom end terrace house is offered furnished and lies on the outskirts of Nottingham City Centre. There is a modern open plan kitchen and dining area with appliances including a fridge freezer, oven, hob, extractor and washing machine. The house has one large reception room complete with furnishings. Upstairs there is one large double bedroom and one single bedroom which can be also used as a study. The bathroom is modern and contains a built in sink, toilet and shower cubicle. Please note there is no bath in this room. There is a secure yard to the rear and a lawned garden to the front of the property.  Why Should You View?  This property is well presented and well connected if you drive or rely on public transport. The City Centre and City Hospital only lie a short distance away!  There are various shops and bars in the Carrington and Sherwood area so you can save yourself a trip to the City if you want to stay close to home.  No Pets No Smoking Council Tax Band - A (Nottingham City Council) Deposit £700 Administration Fees:  Administration fees are payable for all of our properties.
