"Description:    Situated in the well regarded location that is Trent View Gardens, the home on offer is a fantastic example of its type. Specifically positioned at the end of the cul-de-sac which allows for a view directly up the street therefore offering a greater degree of privacy as it isn't fronted by another property. The outlook to the rear is also excellent as it offers a good amount of peace due to it having an aspect which closely borders the cliff walks and is only enclosed by a small number of neighbours.

.    The home itself offers spacious accommodation which is light and bright with a flexible layout. The property offers great features such as a recently re-fitted bathroom which is fully tiled throughout through to an Alno kitchen downstairs. Interestingly with this home is the third and fourth bedrooms which have been intentionally opened up to allow for the current owner, who is an artist, to use them as a paint studio. This open plan set up we are sure would be excellent for a family but also those preferring larger rooms as opposed to more of them.
