"So if the bar doesn't float your boat, don't just move on - there are LOADS of reasons why you should take a look at this property...

First of all, even without the bar the garden is great - it's enclosed, there's plenty of space, it's low maintenance and the decking areas will be great in the summer.

Then there's the modern, fitted bathroom - one less thing to worry about when you move in! In fact, the entire property is ready to move in - the galley-style kitchen is finished to a high standard and having a separate utility space is really handy (not least because it means the noisy washing machine and dryer can be out of the way!).

The lounge is both spacious and homely and upstairs there are two double bedrooms and a third bedroom which is a good size and can actually fit a double bed in.

The house is at the end of a quiet drive with no opposing property on the other side of the street, yet within a short walk of the bus routes from the nearby ring road (including the free buses that go into the city centre and QMC). There are three schools within walking distance - Southwold, Bluecoat and Robert Shaw - and being so close to Wollaton Park is a major attraction!

PS There is Virgin multi-room installed - so if that's your TV provider-of-choice then that's one less job/expense to worry about

PPS Not a Forest fan? Don't worry, the decorations on the bar come right off!
