Period style five bedroom semi detached house. Excellent public transport links to include tram and bus station within walking distance. Close to town centre. A period style semi detached house which briefly comprises entrance porch, entrance hall, lounge, dining room, kitchen and utility/office room to the ground floor. To the first floor there are three bedrooms, with en-suite to master and a bathroom/wc. To the second floor there are two further bedrooms. Externally there is a rear garden and a small frontage. In addition the property has the benefit of double glazing and a gas fired central heating system. EPC grade E. A copy of the certificate is available for inspection upon request.

The property is situated in Bulwell, Nottingham which has excellent public transport links to include a tram stop at Carey Road and bus and tram station within the town centre. The town centre hosts an array of shops to include supermarkets, banks, post office and other local retail outlets.
