Accommodation comprises of entrance hall, living room, fitted kitchen/diner with cooker and pantry and downstairs w/c to the ground floor. To the first floor there are two generously sized bedrooms and a family bathroom with shower over bath. Externally there is a spacious enclosed rear garden with patio and lawned area with secure off street parking at the front. Centrally located close to local amenities in Aspley and within a few miles from both major hospitals.



Lettings Fee:

£200 single applicant
£100 for each additional tenant or occupier over the age of 18.
£100 for each guarantor if required

These fees are for:

  • Production of the tenancy agreement including any individually negotiated clauses
  • Production of the deed of guarantee if applicable
