Winding through the lawns and trees of the front garden, a private driveway leads up to this attractive bungalow. A wooden door with glazing bordering one side leads into a spacious porch which is bright and airy. There is a great sized cupboard which provides plenty of storage space and the perfect place for shoes and coats. A partially glazed door leads from the porch into the main hallway which is again nice and spacious, with plenty of natural light filtering through from the porch.
The first room off the hallway on the right hand side is the living room. This is an impressively sized room with three windows providing a wealth of natural light. A fireplace to the northern aspect of the property makes a lovely focal point for the room.

Across the hallways from the living room is a lovely sized dining room, which again benefits from a good sized window looking out over the winding driveway and attractive front garden.

The breakfasting kitchen is also accessed via the main hallway or directly from the dining room and is very spacious with large sliding double doors which provide access out on to the rear garden. There is a stainless steel sink with drainer and mixer tap above, an integrated double over and separate hob. From the kitchen, a door leads into the utility which houses the boiler and provides access into the double garage as well as a WC with toilet and basin.

Beyond the living room off the main hallway there is a study/fourth double bedroom. This is a great sized room which could be used for a variety of purposes including nursery, playroom or office.
The family bathroom is also accessed via the main hallway. It has a three piece suite with shower above bath and fully tiled walls throughout.
