A guest cloakroom and separate wc is located off the main hall which leads to a light and airy sitting room with solid oak floor, exposed stone wall, wood burning stove and French doors to the courtyard. The study or fifth double bedroom is located beyond this room having solid oak floor and windows to two elevations.
