Your key is for the yale lock on the front door. You will be able access the side door from the inside, it is just on the yale. Please note the front door is a bit sticky, but not bad, just needs a firm push to close.
To access the patio, the keys are in the door.
To access the Gym/Office a set of 3 keys are left on the kitchen work top underneath the phone.
To access the shed, if they wish, the long key is left on the kitchen work top underneath the phone.
We will leave the house in the state we would like it to be in for viewings this time. If it is a viewing during the week, please could you follow the below points.
Brand new carpets just gone in downstairs.

Access the house in the same way, turn to the right and in the hallway the thermostat is on the wall, please turn up to 19 if you get in early enough. (anna will have left it on in the morning before going to work if we know there is a viewing)
Please turn on all lights (including bedside lamps and lamp in sitting room, not including bathrooms) in house before viewing and switch off when done. We?d prefer buyers to see it at it?s best like it was in the photos.
If dog happens to be here and we haven?t managed to get rid of her before hand, please keep her in the utility. We will do our best to get Anna?s mum up to take her out if we can?t get rid of her before the viewing.
If I am away at work and my car is in the drive, please park out on the street so there is plenty of space for the buyer to park.

You asked for our reason to sell and asked for a plausible reasons, rather than looking for more space. I said, we wanted to get some land for a small holding farm. That?s option one, or option 2 is Anna (the boss) wants horses again as she?s not allowed anymore children (true story!)
