Description
32 West End is a well-appointed, three bedroom house with a garden to the rear. The property is presented in good condition with double glazing and gas central heating. The house is spacious and well-proportioned making it perfect for a family home or holiday let.

Accommodation
The front door leads to an entrance hall with two built in cupboards and stairs to the first floor. The bright kitchen has a range of fitted units providing great storage space with ample work surfaces along with an electric oven and hob, plumbing for a washing machine and a wall mounted cupboard housing the gas combination boiler. The reception room is a good size with laminate flooring and a door allowing access to the garden. A further downstairs room would be perfect as a study/crafts room or as a nursery/child?s bedroom and benefits from plenty of natural light.

Upstairs, the landing has a high-level large storage cupboard over the staircase. The master bedroom is front facing and has ample space for free standing wardrobes and a dressing table. The second bedroom is also front facing and would make a spacious single or small double bedroom and the third bedroom faces to the rear and is a good sized single room. The bathroom has an electric shower over the bath and a wash hand basin with a separate toilet next door.
