Embleton is situated just in land from the Northumberland heritage coastline. Embleton has access to the beaches of Dunston and Bamburgh. The village offers a range of amenities including a village shop, post office, public houses, hotels and schooling to first school age. Dunston golf course is also situated on the periphery of the village. There is public transport available with road access to the remainder of the region via the coast to the A1 trunk road leading north to Berwick and Scotland and south to Alnwick and Tyneside. There is also access to a main line railway station which is located approximately six miles away at Alnmouth.

Situated in a small cul de sac on the edge of the favoured village of Embleton, this detached bungalow offers those looking for a holiday home, the opportunity to live within the scenice North Northumberland heritage coast. The coastal villages of Crafter and Newton by the Sea lie approximately 3 miles away and the market town of Alnwick approximately 7 miles away. Approaching the property you will see the generous front garden with driveway parking for multiple vehicles. Entering the front door the L-shaped hallway opens to the very generous sitting which features a multi fuel burner and sliding patio door which leads to the generous conservatory overlooking the rear garden. The breakfasting kitchen is fitted with a wide selection of wall and base units and a door leads to the utility room which has space for additional appliances and access to the rear garden and storage room. To the front elevation there are two double bedrooms, one with fitted wardrobes and a generous family bathroom with a separate shower cubicle.
