A three bedroom detached family home offered with no upward chain. The property benefits from double glazing and gas central heating. The house has an entrance lobby leading to a 24 foot lounge / dining room which has a dual aspect with a double glazed bay window to the front aspect and double glazed french style doors leading to an enclosed and private rear garden. From the dining room there is a door leading to the kitchen which has a double glazed door and window leading to rear garden and a good sized under stairs storage cupboard. Upstairs there are two double bedrooms and a single with a family bathroom serviced by both bath and shower. Outside the property are neat and tidy gardens the rear garden in our opinion being a particular feature with its mature trees and bushes providing lots of natural screening and a good level of privacy.
