"A semi-detached chalet style property which is beautifully presented having been modernised by the current owners in the last few years.

The property has flexible accommodation set over two floors. The ground floor has a porch, hall, lounge and a recently re-fitted kitchen. In addition there are two rooms on the ground floor which could serve as reception rooms or bedrooms. The ground floor bathroom has been replaced in recent times. The loft has been converted to provide a master bedroom with a beautifully appointed en-suite bathroom. The house has front and rear gardens and a garage to the rear. Potterspury is a popular village and has a local shop, pubs which serve food, a junior school, church and a community hall. It is conveniently located a short drive from Central Milton Keynes with it's extensive facilities and mainline railway station.

Ground Floor A glazed entrance porch leads to the hall which has doors to rooms and stairs to the first floor.

The lounge has wooden flooring, a wood burner, French doors opening onto the garden and a doorway and arch to the kitchen.
