"This mature bay fronted semi detached property is located in a popular residential location, having been extended and improved over past years, with a good sized landscaped garden to the rear. The accommodation comprises entrance porch, entrance hall, cloakroom, cellar, extended lounge, dining room, kitchen, three bedrooms and a re-fitted bathroom. Further benefits include gas radiator central heating and UPVc double glazed windows. As previously mentioned the gardens are a particular feature being landscaped and enjoying a sunny westerly aspect.

LOCAL AMENITIES . There are a variety of shops on the Wellingborough Road, including a supermarket, banks, fashion and furniture stores, newsagents and greengrocers as well as a bus service from the Wellingborough Road to Northampton town centre. Local schools include secondary schooling at Northampton School for Boys on the Billing Road and ample Primary schooling is available.
