"Accomodation comprises of entrance porchway into the living room. The living room has stairs rising to the first floor and open archway leading through to a dining room. There is a window to the front aspect. The dining room has sliding UPVC door to the rear garden and door through to a kitchen. The kitchen has a range of ivory eye and base level units with inbuilt oven, hob and extractor. There is a window overlooking the rear garden and door through to a utility room. The utility room has access to the cloakroom and door to the side passage giving access to both the front of the house and the rear garden. The cloakroom has a low level wc and hand basin. Furthermore there is a garage accessed by an up and over door to the front. These in some instances have been converted to give another living room or bedroom if required. To the first floor you have three double bedrooms. The master bedroom has fitted wardrobes down one wall with window to the rear.
