"This traditional double bay fronted semi detached home is situated in the popular location of The Headlands. The property has been refurbished by the current owners since their purchase eight years ago to include replacement double glazing throughout, a new central heating system and re-wiring. The accommodation comprises an open plan lounge/dining room, re-fitted kitchen, three bedrooms and a family bathroom. Outside there is off road parking to the front for two vehicles and the 60 foot south facing rear garden is mainly laid to lawn.

ACCOMMODATION GROUND FLOOR ENTRANCE HALL Approached by double doors, the hall contains the stairs rising to the first floor with storage below housing the gas meter and electrical fusebox and cloaks hanging space. Doors to:- LOUNGE/DINER 25'11 x 11'11 (7.90m x 3.63m) An open plan room with a bay window to the front and double doors leading to the rear patio with a window to the side. There is a feature fireplace with inset gas fire and wood mantel, exposed floorboards and coving to ceiling. DINING AREA With a built-in cupboard with glazed storage above and coving to ceiling. KITCHEN 10'3 x 7'4 (3.12m x 2.24m) Accessed from both the dining room and hallway, the kitchen has been re-fitted with a range of base and eye level cabinets with work surfaces incorporating a stainless steel sink and drainer with mixer tap over. Appliances include a four ring gas hob with double oven below and extractor above. Space is provided for a fridge/freezer and a utility area provides space for a dishwasher and washing machine. There is a tiled floor and tiling to splashbacks, a heated towel rail and a window to the rear. OUTSIDE FRONT Fully paved and providing off road parking for two vehicles and access to the side. REAR GARDEN The south facing garden is mainly laid to lawn with flower and shrub borders and a pathway leading to the rear. SERVICES Main drainage, gas, water and electricity are connected. Central heating is through radiators from a gas fired boiler which also provides the domestic hot water. The property benefits from PVCu double glazing throughout. There are TV and telephone connections, continuation of which are subject to the usual supplier regulations. (None of these services has been tested). LOCAL AMENITIES There is a selection of stores including a Post Office, Convenience Store, Newsagents and Mini Market in Bushland Road. A bus service to and from Northampton Town Centre runs from the Wellingborough Road and local schools include Weston Favell Primary School, Headlands Primary School in Bushland Road and secondary education at Weston Favell School in Booth Lane South. The Weston Favell Shopping Centre is approximately one mile away. Motorway access is via Rushmere Road and then Nene Valley Way to Junction 15. Pass Abington Park and continue straight over at the Abington Park Crescent traffic lights. Take the first turning on the left into The Headlands.
