Take the next turning left into Penvale Road. Follow the road to the end and turn left onto Rotary Road and first left again onto Butts Road. Take the fourth turning on the left into Limefield Way and the second turning on the right of Oakgrove Place. The property can be found halfway down on the right hand side.
