Access to the M1 Junction 16 is via the A45 Nene Valley Way dual carriageway which stands within approximately one mile of the property. HOW TO GET THERE From Northampton town centre proceed in an easterly direction along the Wellingborough Road passing Abington Park and the Weston Favell Shopping Centre. At the next roundabout turn right into Little Billing Way and first left into Fishponds Road.
