"Situated in the heart of Abington is this bay fronted Victorian mid terrace house which is offered for sale with no onward chain. Whilst the property is in need of some cosmetic updating, many improvements have been carried out to include a refitted kitchen, electrical rewire, recently replaced (2006) Vaillant gas fired combi boiler, and replacement double glazing where specified, with double glazed sash windows to the front elevation.
