"A three bedroom semi detached house with a garage. gardens and driveway which is offered for sale with vacant possession.

The property comprises of an entrance hall, large lounge and a recently re-fitted kitchen. It has a ground floor bathroom and a separate w.c. On the first floor there are three bedrooms including a large master bedroom. Outside the property has front and rear gardens, a driveway for several cars and a garage. the property is offered with vacant possession and is located on High View which is just a short walk from the village shops.

Ground Floor An entrance hall leads to a large lounge which has a gas fire with a back boiler serving the central heating system. A light and airy room with two large windows. The kitchen/dining room has recently had a new kitchen fitted with a range of units to eye and base level and a built-in oven and gas hob (hob to be fitted). The bathroom with bath and sink is located on the ground floor along with a separate w.c. adjacent to the bathroom. In common with the other properties in High View it is possible to know the bathroom and w.c. into one room. First Floor The landing gives access to three bedrooms including a large master bedroom and two further bedrooms.
