"The Dingle is a Must View property in an exclusive development of similar style properties. Homes in this street are pretty sought after but are rarely available so this is a great opportunity to own this beautifully presented four bedroom and four reception room home.

It's a quiet and peaceful cul-de-sac, yet is within walking distance of the Town Centre and parkland which are both nearby. The owners say its lovely to hear the bells of Holy Cross Church ringing at the weekends.

It's been greatly improved by the current owners with the replacement of the bathroom and en-suite with modern stylish suites and the conversion of the garage to a forth reception room.

The lounge has a lovely fireplace with a real flame effect gas fire and is a lovely place to snuggle around in the cold winter evenings. An archway leads to the separate dining room- a great place to entertain.

Alternatively you can chill out with the papers in the conservatory enjoying the view of your garden or hang out with the children in the family/playroom- the choice is endless!

The Breakfast kitchen is modern light and airy with built in appliances and plenty of room for a table.

Upstairs offers the same excellent presentation and if you're a fan of Laura Ashley then you'll love the master bedroom with its cool stylish colour scheme. In addition there are three further bedrooms, a bathroom and en-suite to the first floor.

The garden is a great space too and has something for all the family- It's mainly laid to lawn and offers a patio area, pergola covered seating area, pond and children climbing frame with a little storage shed below.

There is side pedestrian access from the front garden which is again mainly laid to lawn with drive and path to front door.

This lovely property benefits further from double glazing and gas central heating. Come and have a look it's a lovely place.
