"A beautifully presented, three bedroom semi detached property in a sought after location, with an attached single garage, off street parking and an enclosed garden to the rear.

GROUND FLOOR A UPVC door gives access to the hall, which has a door to the living room and stairs to the first floor landing. The living room has a window to the front and an electric fire. A door leads to the kitchen/diner, which is fitted with a range of eye and base level cupboards and drawers with roll top work surfaces over, an inset sink and four ring gas hob with oven below & hood above. Build in fridge and freezer and space for a washing machine. Ceramic tiled flooring throughout with space for a dining table and glazed double doors on to the decking. Doors also lead to the side of the property and to the under stairs cupboard. FIRST FLOOR From the landing, doors lead to the two double bedrooms, one single bedroom
