"A good size, three bedroom semi detached family home situated in a popular location, close to local amenities, with an enclosed garden to the rear, a single garage and driveway parking.

GROUND FLOOR A glazed front door gives access to the entrance porch, which in turn has a door to the living room. With a curved bay window to the front, stairs to the first floor and an opening to the kitchen/diner. The kitchen/diner has two distinct areas, one side has space for a dining table and sliding doors to the garden. The other is fitted with a range of base level cupboards and drawers with roll top worksurfaces over. There is a full length storage cupboard and a door to the under stairs cupboard. Fitted in to the worksurface is a stainless steel sink and there are spaces for a freestanding cooker, washing machine and fridge/freezer. Laminate wood effect flooring and a door to the side giving access to the front and rear of the property. FIRST FLOOR From the landing, doors give access to the bedrooms, bathroom, and airing cupboard and a hatch gives access to the loft. Bedrooms one and three are to the front of the property and bedroom two is to the rear with a built-in cupboard, next to which is the bathroom, which is fitted with a white suite comprising; low level WC, pedestal wash hand basin and a panel enclosed bath with a shower over. GARDEN The rear garden is fully enclosed by timber fencing, with a patio directly behind the house and steps up to a lawned area which is retained by planted borders. There is a gate to the side giving access to the front of the property. GARAGE AND PARKING To the front of the property is a block paved driveway with a lawned area to either side, leading to the garage which has an up and over door to the front, light and power.
