"A stunning detached bungalow offering light and well modernised accommodation, situated in a tucked away location within the sought after village of Helmdon.

ACCOMMODATION The front door leads into the spacious L-shaped hallway which has oak flooring which continues throughout the hall, lounge and dining room and has a double width airing cupboard and access to the loft. The lounge is a light and well proportioned square room with a window to the front, patio doors to the side leading to and overlooking the garden, open access to the dining room and conservatory and a contemporary style fireplace with a real flame gas fire (LPG). Leading from the lounge is the large and well designed conservatory occupying a corner position with views over the front and rear gardens. The conservatory has a glazed roof, blinds to the Southerly aspect, three sets of French doors leading out to the gardens, underfloor heating and an air conditioning system. The dining room enjoys an open aspect to the lounge and has patio doors overlooking the garden and a window to the rear. The kitchen is fitted with modern white units with wood effect worktops, a twin bowl sink under the window and built-in appliance including an induction hob with a hood above, a double oven, warming oven, microwave, dishwasher, washing machine and fridge/freezer. Bedroom 1 is a large double room with window to the front, two ranges of fitted wardrobes and a fully tiled en-suite bathroom fitted with a white suite, including a bath with shower above, low level WC and wash basin.
