"A semi-detached family house located in an established residential area close to Brackley Town Centre. This property is well presented yet offers scope for a buyer to update the kitchen and bathroom should they wish to.

GROUND FLOOR The front door leads into the hallway which has stairs up to the first floor and glazed double doors to the lounge. The hall, stairs, landing, lounge and bedroom 1 have recently been re-carpeted. The lounge has a window overlooking the front garden and a green opposite, a door to an under stairs cupboard and a glazed door to the kitchen/dining room. The kitchen has fitted units with worktops, a sink unit, tiled splashbacks, windows to the side and rear and spaces for a cooker, washing machine, dishwasher and fridge/freezer. The dining area is clear, leaving space for a good size table. From the dining area, glazed doors lead to the conservatory which has built-in cupboards all along one side, with shelving and hanging space, windows overlooking the garden, French doors out to the garden and a further door out to the driveway. FIRST FLOOR The first floor landing has a window to the side, access to the loft with a ladder and white panel doors to the 3 bedrooms and bathroom. Bedroom 1 has a window to the front and a built-in wardrobe with hanging space and shelving. Bedroom 2 has a window to the rear and a door to the airing cupboard (there is a large wardrobe in this room which can be included in the sale if wanted by a purchaser).
