"Tucked away, in delightful, private gardens extending to circa 0.43 acres, in the heart of the village of Sulgrave, a spacious, detached bungalow in need of modernisation and refurbishment. The property, which extends to about 1815 square feet, has 3/4 reception rooms, a kitchen, 4/5 bedrooms, 3 bath/shower rooms, a cloakroom, a double garage and oil fired central heating to radiators. No upward chain.

GENERAL INFORMATION Sulgrave is a delightful South Northamptonshire village, set in rolling countryside, close to the Warwickshire and Oxfordshire borders. The village comprises predominantly of Stone Cottages and Country Houses, interspersed with more recent brick houses and bungalows and Stone Barn Conversions. The historic Sulgrave Manor, home of George Washington's ancestors, the 14th Century Parish Church, The 'Star Inn' Restaurant and Public House and the Village Shop/Post Office are features of the village, whilst primary education is in the renowned, nearby village of Culworth (2 miles) and secondary education is at Chenderit, in Middleton Cheney.
