"Delightful two bedroomed stone built cottage situated in the centre of the popular village of Ruswarp. This pretty cottage benefits from part central heating, some double glazing and small enclosed rear garden with outhouses. There are many original features including quarry tiled kitchen floor and open beamed ceilings.
Ruswarp is a small quiet village situated to the south of Whitby approximately one and a half miles from the town centre, set close to the serine River Esk, the village boasts an award winning Butchers shop, family run convenience store, excellent primary school and one of the loveliest Churches in the area. Recreational facilities include a miniature railway, pitch and put course, children?s indoor soft play area and rowing boats from which you can explore the river as far as River Gardens Cafe and Garden Centre in Bigsworth. There is a regular bus service into Whitby and the Esk M?n railway runs through the village connecting it to Whitby and all stations between Middlesbrough including Growmont where the North Yorkshire Steam Railway begins.
