Our View

A uPVC entrance door leads into the hallway which has a staircase to the first floor and doors accessing the kitchen and living room. Just off the hallway there is a cloakroom with a wc, wash basin and tiled walls and floor. The living room is a great size and has a living flame gas fire along with a double glazed window to the front. From the living room double doors lead into the conservatory which has a radiator and a door to the garden and it could easily be used as a separate dining room. The kitchen has plenty of space for a dining table and chairs and it is fitted with a range of modern wall and base units, along with an inset sink unit, washer plumbing and a fitted oven and hob. There is also a useful recess for hanging coats, a good size store/boiler cupboard, two double glazed windows to the rear and a side entrance door. To the first floor there are three bedrooms and the bathroom which features a modern white suite and includes a shower over the bath. From the first floor landing a staircase leads to the loft bedroom which has two Velux windows, eaves storage and a further walk in store area. A particular feature of this property is that all the bedrooms are a good size. Externally there is a block paved driveway to the front and a garden area. The rear garden is enclosed providing a safe environment for young children and has a lawned area and decking. We strongly recommend a viewing to appreciate the size of the accommodation on offer.
