A popular two bedroom house well maintained and just been fully redecoration throughout.

 All new carpets and floor covering in every room.

A brand new  modern kitchen just been fitted.

Modern  bathroom and  double glazing throughout and gas central heating, with state of the art electric fire in the living room which is LED & LCD.

The property benefits from having LED lighting inside and out. If all the lights were on in the house i.e. the kitchen, bathroom, living room and both bedrooms then the total burn of electricity would be 150 Watts, which equates to 0.021p per hour so 10 hours would be 21p. This comparison against the 1,380 Watts as it was, which equals 20p per hour this is around a 90% saving. The outside light is 10w compared to a normal one of 500W so 100 hours will cost 14p compared to £7 for a halogen light.

All this has been put in at considerable cost so the tenant can make huge savings on the cost of living per month as the price of utilities are escalating out of control we felt it just had to be done for the benefit of our tenant.
