Our View

A traditional semi detached property offering extended accommodation with a gas central heating system and double glazed windows. The property is located within a pleasant short cul-de-sac in a much sought after residential area which is ideally located for local amenities, schools and the regions road networks.EPC Rating D .

The Property

A uPVC front door with double glazed side panels leads into the hallway which has a staircase to the first floor and doors accessing the kitchen and the living room. The living room is a good size with a double glazed bay window to the front, a fitted electric fire and it offers plenty of space for a dining table and chairs. From the living room glazed sliding doors then lead into the kitchen. The kitchen is 'L' shaped with a range of wood fronted units, inset sink unit, side entrance door and two double glazed windows over looking the rear garden. To the first floor there are three bedrooms, two of which are doubles and a family bathroom which has a white three piece suite and includes a shower over the bath. To the front of the property there is a lawned garden and a driveway providing off street parking. The driveway narrows to the side of the house and leads to a garage, which it is fair to say has seen better days, but serves its purpose well for garden storage. The rear garden is predominantly lawned.
