"A stone built terraced property located close to Settle town centre. The property has been upgraded in recent years and comprises of two bedrooms, lounge, kitchen diner, house bathroom and attic room. This property is suitable for full time residence or investment.

A well presented terrace house located close to Settle town centre and within easy reach of all local amenities. The property briefly consists of composite entrance door into a light lounge with laminate flooring and window to front. An inner hallway provides access to the first floor. To the rear is a generous kitchen dining area with modern fitted base and wall units with complementary worktops and integrated electric oven and induction hub. Ample space for dining table, fridge freezer, washing machine and dryer with wall mounted gas combination boiler housed in cupboard. There is also a useful understairs storage area. UPVC stable door to rear yard.

To the first floor there is a master bedroom with window to the front elevation, a second bedroom which is a generous single a good size house bathroom comprising WC, wash hand basin and bath with shower over.
