"A three bedroom Victorian terrace located a short level walk away from the town centre. The property has been extended and offers generous living accommodation. The property benefits from a good size garden to the front and should offer wide market appeal.

We are delighted to be bringing this spacious three bedroom Victorian terrace to the open market. We feel the property will be of interest to first time buyers, small families, downsizers and buy to let investors. Internal viewing highly recommended in order to appreciate the space.

The property briefly comprises, on the ground floor, a living room to the front of the property with open fire and fitted cupboards to the alcoves. A central dining room second reception room with under stair storage cupboard and to the rear is the kitchen which is fitted with a range of wall and base units including cooker and space for appliances.

Upstairs, on the first floor is the main bedroom and family bathroom.
