"A spacious detached three bedroom property located in a convenient location and within walking distance of Settle town centre. The property benefits from off street parking, garage, conservatory and a lawned garden to rear. Internal viewing highly advised.

The ground floor accommodation consists of a spacious L shaped open plan living dining kitchen and a conservatory to the rear. To the front of the home is the living area with fitted carpet and space for an electric wood burning stove. The dining kitchen is to the rear and has enough space for a large table and chairs, along with a good selection of wall and base units, worktop and a sink with mixer taps. Appliances include an electric double oven, hob and integrated fridge, freezer and dishwasher. Space and plumbing for white goods can be found in the utility room.

Upstairs are three bedrooms and the house bathroom. Two of the bedrooms are doubles with the master having built in furniture, whilst the third is a good size single. The bathroom comprises a bath with shower over, wash hand basin, wc, heated towel rail and a frosted window to rear.
