" Stepping in through the front entrance door you will find the ground floor cloaks/W.C. on the right, staircase leading to the first-floor accommodation and a door off to the lounge. The lounge has a window to the front elevation, a white fire surround with marble hearth and a door off to the dining room. The dining room has French doors leading out onto the rear garden and a door leading into the kitchen. The kitchen has a range of fitted wall and base units providing lots of storage with co-ordinating laminate work surfaces and splash backs. Built in cooking facilities include an eye-level double Electric oven, 5 ring, Gas hob with brushed chrome splash back and cooker hood over. A one and a half bowl single drainer white sink unit with mixer tap over, door and window to the rear elevation and a door to the utility.
The former integral garage has been converted to provide a utility and study and requires some work to complete or return to use as a garage.
