"A detached bungalow situated in a pleasant and well established residential location which is particularly favoured for retirement purposes on the western side of the town. The bungalow provides accommodation which lies entirely on the ground floor comprising: Kitchen; sitting room; inner hall; three bedrooms and bathroom together with enclosed rear garden and good sized garage. The property benefits from uPVC glazing and gas fired central heating but it does now require general modernisation and re-furbishment internally. Externally there is a good sized rebuilt garage and an enclosed rear garden. The Littledale area was develpoed in the mid 1970's and it has now matured into a popular residential location. It is approached from Swainsea Drive which lies on the north side of Middleton Road. Pickering is an historic market town with a good shopping centre and excellent recreational and leisure facilities situated at the foot of the North York Moors National Park.
