"This Semi Detached Bungalow is located in the popular village of Romanby and enjoys an entrance hallway, living room, conservatory, kitchen, two double bedrooms and bathroom. Externally there are gardens to front and rear, driveway and single garage. Viewing is highly recommended.

The property is accessed via a UPVC door into an entrance hallway with useful storage cupboard. To the left is a spacious living room with bay window to the front, gas fire and French doors into the conservatory. The kitchen comprises white wall and floor units, laminate worktops, 1 1 2 bowl sink and drainer, double electric oven and electric hob with extractor over.
