Located in this highly regarded Linthorpe setting making it ideal for Linthorpe Village where there many convenience stores, post office and banking facilities. We are delighted to have been given instruction to market this well presented three bedroom traditional semi detached house. The property offers good sized accommodation and would therefore suit the needs of the family purchaser. The property has double glazing together with a gas fired central heating system. A notable feature is the good sized rear garden which is laid to lawn.
