Properties in this desirable area don't come to the market very often and this one is a particularly good find. It is one of those that you really do have to see inside because it has been updated with style and provides flexible space for a couple or growing family. We found that it had a really 'welcoming feel' and, being offered at a sensible price and with no forward chain, represents a family home that is likely to be snapped up.
The welcoming feel begins in the entrance hall, which is bright and airy with light coming in from the hall and landing windows. The first room that you come to is the sitting room, which has a bay window overlooking the front garden. Next you walk into an 18' wide lounge/dining room, which we feel you will be impressed by, and which certainly does offer the wow factor. Light filters through from the French doors, which open onto the block paved patio, and also from a window at the dining end. A contemporary fire is the finishing touch for cosy winter evenings. The kitchen has been recently re-fitted and provides integrated gas oven and hob, fridge freezer and washing machine. A door leads from here into the rear garden.
To the first floor there are two double bedrooms and a single, all of which have pleasant views, together with the family bathroom.
The gardens are well maintained with the front providing an attractive entrance to the property with parking and lawned area and the rear providing space for outside dining, play and gardening.
