"Fieldhouse is a 3 4 bedroom detached home offering versatile accommodation to families, couples and or those working from home. Located in a quiet village location but just a short drive to the beautiful market town of Knaresborough, the property enjoys a semi rural setting yet is close to amenities and very handy for commuter access to the principe road and rail links in the region. Likewise it falls into the catchment area for the popular secondary schools in Knaresborough.

Enter onto the private drive offering parking for multiple cars, the property is surrounded by mature trees and has a lovely front lawn. It is very private. Internally the house offers a modern fresh feel. The entrance is bright and wide with plenty of space for coats and shoes and a real open plan feel. To the left of the hallway is the second living space, currently a children s playroom but would make for a lovely home office or a ground floor double bedroom.

Then the huge principle living room, we love this space, soo very relaxing, bright and airy and just the perfect place to relax and unwind. The stylish fireplace with log burner is a gorgeous central feature, it must be very cosy on a winter s day.

To the rear of the property is the stunning wow factor kitchen diner. It is a perfect space for entertaining with huge bifold doors opening to the secluded rear garden bringing the outside in. The kitchen area is classic in look and has good quality appliances throughout, all that the chefs among you could ask for! There is a lovely large breakfast bar and then ample space for dining and or adding additional casual furniture.

Completing the ground floor is a lovely separate utility space which connects to the garage and there is a bathroom acting as a ground floor WC but with further facilities if one wanted a bedroom to the ground floor.

The first floor continues to impress with three good size bedrooms and house bathroom. The principle bedroom has lovely views to the garden and plenty of space for storage.

Finally to the beautiful outdoor space. The front we have mentioned but the rear garden is a huge bonus. It is surrounded by mature trees and hedges and has a large lawn ideal for pets and kids burning off energy. For the adults a wonderful circular patio which is raised and offers the ultimate position for al fresco dining, a glass of your preferred tipple, entertaining, or perhaps just reading a book. It is lovely.

Offered at a very sensible price point we anticipate strong interest in this beautiful home which offers a turn key feel with everything being so well put together. Do enjoy the photo reel and video clip and be sure to arrange your viewing soon."
