"Designed for family living, this home is a true gem. Yes of course it has gardens, two double bedrooms, a single and a wonderful kitchen diner, but just come and take a look at the open views at the front of the house. Such a rare feature for homes in this area.

No doubt you will have a car or two that need their own living space. No problem, you can park on the drive, or if you are really adventurous you may drive a small car into the garage at the rear of the house. Or of course you may just park on the road outside

Take a look at the details of each room and the floor and plot plans to see what fantastic value this home has to offer.

This home includes:

  • Entrance Hall

Lovely welcoming hallway with wood effect flooring. There is enough room to hang coats and have a furniture item, but still feeling spacious. The hallway leads to a glazed door to the kitchen diner and a door to the side opens to the living room. You were probably wondering, yes there is the understairs cupboard for throwing in all those shoes you can never match up later.

  • Living Room

The wood effect flooring continues from the hall into the living room. Where will your eyes be drawn; the greenery of the front garden, the lovely view over the open field, or the TV perhaps? In the colder months it may be the raised inset living flame fire, which is neatly placed on a brick hearth and surround. There is easily enough room for two double sofas and additional furniture such as a desk for your computer or maybe a bookcase.

  • Kitchen Diner

A superb room for the family gathering. The diner area is perfect for a table and chairs, but you can always sit at the excellent breakfast bar. The kitchen has been thoughtfully created to provide space for a dishwasher, washer, drier and fridge freezer. The essential double oven is integrated at eye level and a five ring gas hob, with extractor over, complements it perfectly. The wall and floor cabinets provide ample space for all your utensils and crockery, and as if that was not enough, there is a cupboard behind the stairs for other household items. The combi boiler lives in here.

  • Bedroom

    (Double)

The master bedroom is at the front of the house, with the stunning views over open fields. Built in wardrobes on two walls provide all the hanging and drawer space you will need, still leaving space for a vanity unit, table for the TV or another drawer set.

  • Bedroom

    (Double)

This double bedroom is at the rear, overlooking the private garden. A built in five door wardrobe provides the storage space, but like the master, there is ample room left over for more furniture. What will it be, TV, X-Box, Playstation, musical instruments, or maybe all of these?

  • Bedroom

    (Single)

Usually for youngest member of the household, or will this be a guest room or study perhaps? A single bed easily fits in, this is not a classic 'box room', it is definitely a single bedroom.

  • Bathroom

Lovely, bright, fresh bathroom tiled on the floor and most walls, with a white suite of wash hand basin, WC and bath with shower over and folding shower screen. The chrome heated rail will keep your towels warm for you, and they will probably have their home in the double cupboard behind the bath and shower.

  • Please note, all dimensions are approximate / maximums and should not be relied upon for the purposes of floor coverings.

Additional Information:

  • Front garden

Lawned garden at the front with a low brick wall and trellis to the front of the house, and wrought iron gates which open to the driveway. Various shrubs and bushes also afford privacy and are planted in a well maintained border. The driveway of paving slabs also extends to a pathway to the front door and along the front of the house.

  • Rear garden

The rear garden is has well maintained hedging to the rear, ensuring that the area is not overlooked from behind. There is also a fence to both the side and rear. A shaped patio of Indian Stone with block paving border is perfect for a Summer barbecue, whilst the rest is graveled for easy maintenance, with a small bordered area at the rear for planting shrubs and plants. Finally a tall wrought iron gate provides the access from the driveway, just to the front and side of the garage double doors.

  • Garage

Single garage with pitched roof, double doors and power provided, at the end of the private, fenced driveway that leads up the side of the house. A side door leads into the garage from the back garden.

  • Gas central heating

A combi boiler is discreetly located in a cupboard off the kitchen diner.

  • Double glazing

UPVC double glazed windows throughout, with some providing tilt and turn function. This means you can choose to open the windows at a slight angle to let the air in, but remain safe, or open them fully for a full breeze in the warmer months.
