"A spacious and extended four bedroomed semi detached house with enclosed South West facing gardens located in a peaceful cul de sac on the Northern fringe of Harrogate close to the Nidd Gorge. Entrance porch, reception hall, guest cloakroom W/C, useful under stair store, spacious lounge with dining area leading to a pleasant heated conservatory, modern breakfast kitchen, integral single garage currently used as a store room. At first floor there are four bedrooms, each with fitted wardrobes and a white house bathroom with an electric shower over the bath. Outside there are three private parking spaces (two blocked paved) and at the rear there is an enclosed South West facing garden with timber decked patio, shaped lawn and garden shed.

Directions Proceed out of Harrogate town centre along Ripon Road, at the New Park roundabout take the third exit onto Skipton Road. Turn left on to Knox Avenue and then left again onto Ripley Drive. At the T junction turn left on to Knox Lane and take the first right onto Old Trough Way, Turn right again into Over Nidd.
