LOCATION

9 Iddison Drive is situated in a popular modern estate on the edge of the lower dales market town of Bedale. The town provides all local services, including a weekly market on Tuesdays, primary and secondary schools and leisure and professional facilities. The area also provides a vast range of traditional country activities including scenic walks, golf courses and country sports.

The A1(M) (2 miles) is the main route connecting the north east to London and Edinburgh together with Northallerton main line railway station (9 miles) and Durham Tees Valley Airport (27 miles).

THE PROPERTY
