SUMMARY
Originally a farmhouse this detached cottage is situated in the small rural hamlet of Ivy Todd which has been tastefully renovated. This is a delightful and charming character cottage which is offered to a high standard of presentation and viewing is highly recommended.


DESCRIPTION
Originally a farmhouse (once known as Orchard Farm) a detached cottage situated in the small hamlet of Ivy Todd in a truly rural setting flanked by just two other properties, one of which is a converted old chapel from which this property derives its name. The cottage is offered with three bedroom accommodation and master en suite. It has been sympathetically brought into the 21st century and yet still retains its character. For example there are solid oak floorings in both the sitting room and the dining room with oak skirting boards. After a couple of miles turn right into Necton and take the first left into St Andrews Lane. When the road forks take the right hand fork into Chapel Road. Follow this road into open countryside and on entering Ivy Todd the property can be found on the left hand side.
