Built in the 1930s this ex-local authority semi has been owned by our client since 1972, since when they have made many alterations and improvements including; extension to the lounge, addition of a double garage, construction of a conservatory, a kitchen extension to the rear and installation of a range of wood doored units under a granite work top and the alteration of the first floor to create a larger main bedroom.
