" Charnwood is located at the end of a cul-de-sac and lies within ten minutes' level walk of the town centre. It stands in a good plot with a garage, outbuildings and south-facing garden. Holt is a most popular provincial town with an excellent range of shops and other facilities including Gresham's School. The town is surrounded by attractive countryside with Holt Lowes to the south, the Glaven Valley to the west and the coastal Area of Outstanding Natural Beauty to the north. \r \rThe current owners have started to upgrade the property by re-fitting the kitchen and bathroom and replacing several windows and doors.
