From our office, proceed along the A1066 towards Roydon.  Pass the garage on the left and take the next turning on the left into The Close.  At the T-junction bear left and the property will be found a short distance on the left hand side. 

This very well presented two bedroom bungalow is situated in one of the sought after areas of Roydon.  The bungalow has a good size lounge/dining room with open fireplace.  The kitchen/breakfast room is well fitted with traditional wooden units, both the double bedrooms have built-in wardrobes and the bathroom has the benefit of a separate shower.  Outside there is ample space for parking and has an attached garage.  The attractive gardens are well maintained.

The village of Roydon is situated approximately a mile from the centre of Diss and has limited amenities, which include a pub, primary school, rugby club and garage.  The nearby market town of Diss offers a wide range of facilities including supermarkets, banks, building societies and a variety of individual shops.  There are good road communications to Thetford, Norwich, Bury St Edmunds and Ipswich together with the mainline railway station, which runs between London, Liverpool Street and Norwich.

BEDROOM TWO: (13n++5n++ x 8n++1n++) Rear aspect UPVC double glazed window with track and curtains.  Radiator.  Built-in wardrobe with louvre door housing hanging rails and shelves with cupboard above.

ADMINISTRATION CHARGES

RENT AND DEPOSIT
