"Located within the sought after coastal town of Lossiemouth, this property is positioned within a quiet cul-de-sac in a popular residential area close to amenities. The accommodation boasts good sized living space, off-street parking, a car port and an enclosed rear garden. This would be an ideal purchase for a first time buyer or a growing family.

When entering the property there is an entrance hall with access into the lounge and the staircase to the first floor. The lounge is a good size and is open-plan with the dining room providing ample living space. From the dining room there is access into the galley style kitchen. The kitchen is a modern gloss white design with an integrated oven and hob, a built in cupboard under the staircase and door access out to the rear garden.

On the first floor the landing has access to the family shower room, three bedrooms, the attic and a built in storage cupboard which houses the water tank.

The main bedroom is a generous size and benefits from a built in wardrobe. There is a second double bedroom located to the rear which also benefits from a built in wardrobe and slight sea views. Additionally there is a small doublesingle room.
